Join Our Collaborative Hospitalist Team in West Texas - Open to 2026 Internal Medicine Residents
Excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to become part of a respected, close-knit team of 2 physicians and 2 night APPs. We work side-by-side to deliver patient-focused care, partnering with colleagues across the hospital in a supportive, solutions-driven environment. Position Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
Internal Medicine training required; prior hospitalist experience preferred but not mandatory'new graduates encouraged to apply
Current ACLS certification
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Coverage
Block schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
Day shift: 7:00 am ' 7:00 pm, with call during your shift week (no return trips to the hospital required)
Nights staffed by an APP
We oversee both Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine departments
Role Highlights
Deliver comprehensive inpatient and post-op care in our 49-bed facility
Perform central line placement and intubations (mandatory)
The ER team responds to codes; you will manage rapid responses for your patients
