Inova Blood Donor Services, located in Sterling, is looking for a dedicated Hospital Services Supervisor to join the team in supporting the Washington DC area. This role will be Full-time Evenings/Night Shifts: Days and Hours will vary

Donor Operations Supervisor Job Responsibilities
- Oversees assigned department or functional area, to ensure it is performing effectively.
- Trains Hospital Services team members both new and existing ones, manages performance and delegating task., making sure all staff are reading SOPs in policy stat during training and revised before performing the assigned task, competency and performing at the end of the training.
- Oversees the evening and night shift team members in all areas of the Hospital services area including manufacturing and distribution.
- Works with the Hospital services Manager and QA consultants and assists in department projects.
- Review logs such as QC, Equipment and Cryoprecipitate logs etc.
- Establishes, reviews and revises performance standards for assigned staff, interacting appropriately with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: Associate's degree in Biology or similar field
- Years of Experience: 4 years of office experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in Hospital Services.
- Previous supervisory is preferred
