Job Title: Pharmacist – Outpatient

Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota

Shift: Days – Rotating shifts (08:00–16:00, 10:30–18:00, 10:00–14:00)

Shift Type: 4–8 Hour Shifts

Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

On-Call: None

Weekend Requirement: Every 4th weekend

Job Description:

We are seeking a Pharmacist – Outpatient to join our healthcare team in Maple Grove, MN. This role is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe medication use, and contributing to the overall quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform clinical pharmacy functions, including customer monitoring and consulting with the clinical team

Review medication orders for proper dosing, frequency, drug interactions, and potential allergies

Oversee the dispensing of medications and IV solutions by pharmacy technicians

Perform pharmacokinetic drug dosing

Participate in medication reconciliation

Provide consultation to medical and nursing staff

Accept additional duties as needed to support organizational goals

Requirements:

Experience: Outpatient Pharmacy – Required

Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy – Required

License: Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy – Required

EMR Experience: Proficiency in Epic Willow – Required
