Duties include but are not limited to: Answering telephones, filing, copying, etc. and complete other duties as assigned. The Ambassador Program's mission is to provide outstanding customer service to all patients, family members, visitors, and staff at Nappi Wellness Institute. Greet patients, families, and visitors as they enter Nappi Wellness Institute and issue visitor badges/hard badges in a courteous manner. Must be able to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks effectively in a timely and accurate manner and function under stressful situations. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills are necessary. Escort pts in wheelchairs to their appointment.
Minimum QualificationsThe NYS Department of Civil Service has developed the Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement (HELP) Program, Effective April 5th, 2023. During this program, the NYS Civil Service Exam requirements are suspended for the Hospital Patient Services Clerk 1, SG07 title. For consideration for this title, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: One year full-time clerical, secretarial, or patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred QualificationsSchedule based on 40 hour work week. Monday - Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm.
