POSITION SUMMARY: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a IT Contract Specialist. In this role, theIT Contract Specialist will partner closely with Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain and the Legal department, he/she ensures that all contracts and purchases are executed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify you must have a Minimum of college degree in English or a legal related field and a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience. Ability to identify, research, and resolve problems as well as follow through on assignments with minimum direction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred Qualifications: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Knowledgeable of M&A integrating each entities Software / Hardware / SaaS agreements. In addition is capable of decommissioning agreements Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts involving Intellectual Property and understanding the sourcing process Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations Interpersonal Ability to objectively stay focused on resolving conflicts; Maintains confidentiality; Open minded to others' ideas. NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $73,770.80 - $120,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
