About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and compassionate leader to serve as the Executive Director for our hospice services. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our organization by establishing and executing service goals that resonate with our mission and patient care standards. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

As the Executive Director, you will play a key role in recruiting and mentoring skilled staff, cultivating a culture of excellence, and ensuring open communication among all stakeholders to enhance the quality of patient care. To qualify for this position, you must hold a current RN license and preference will be given to candidates with prior executive director-level experience in hospice leadership. A minimum of three years of healthcare experience and five years in a leadership role is essential, particularly in hospice or similar environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and growth, along with a commitment to leading quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you must have a current CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation, as travel will be minimal (less than 10%).
