Hospice Runner LVN – Part-time

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated hospice team as a Hospice Runner. In this important role, you will help ensure that the needs of our hospice patients are addressed promptly and with high-quality care during weekend hours.

You'll provide hands-on nursing care, including routine assessments and symptom management, in alignment with each patient's individualized hospice plan of care. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in various settings—including private homes, facilities, and hospitals.

As a Hospice Runner LVN, you will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to support seamless care coordination and transitions as patient needs evolve. You'll be an essential part of providing comfort and dignity to patients and families at end of life.

• Every Saturday and Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Every Other Saturday and Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Every Other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
