Position Details:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as NP, preferably in palliative/hospice care/geriatric experience
• Travel: Must travel to patient homes or SNFs, have a personal vehicle, and insurance
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 90 days with possible extensions or even go perm!
• Schedule: 4x10s - any 4 days Mon-Fri; the day off will be part of a rotating schedule with other NPs. Hours are 8am-7pm (1 hour lunch)
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.44/mile
• Patient Volume: 7-10 patients/day
• Orientation: 2-3 days

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: Discussed by phone only
• Malpractice Insurance: Covered 100%
• Paychecks: Weekly. Every Friday!
• Benefits: W2
