Hospice Executive Director (Administrator) – Houston area (North Houston). Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Anticipated pay range: $130,000–$140,000 USD.

Responsibilities
- Organize and direct all services and functions of the Silverado Hospice program.
- Collaborate with the Director of Patient Care Services to ensure effective management of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Maintain and evaluate the Silverado Hospice program to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor the annual program budget.
- Maintain written service agreements with other approved providers to meet patient and family needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Healthcare or Administration is preferred.
- Certificate in Hospice Management is preferred.
- Two to five years of experience as an Administrator or Executive Director for a Hospice provider is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required; compliance with state and federal driving regulations.
- Ability to work outside regular hours as needed by business needs.

- Understand and practice Silverado's mission, principles, and values.
- Direct all services of the Silverado Hospice program and coordinate with the DPCS to manage the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Ensure program compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee budget development, coordination, and monitoring.
- Maintain written service agreements with other providers to meet patient and family needs.
