Job Description :
Bachelors degree preferred, or 5 years of experience in hospice, home health, healthcare sales, or marketing in lieu of a degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams. Skilled in problem-solving, understanding referral patterns, and navigating or learning Medicare regulations and hospice reimbursement practices. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; available for after-hours and weekend referrals as needed. Physically capable of frequent standing, walking, typing, and working on hard/rough surfaces; occasional lifting, kneeling, reaching, and exposure to chemicals, dust, extreme temperatures, and other environmental conditions. Maintains constant visual, auditory, and verbal engagement; able to drive, adapt to varying indoor/outdoor settings, and complete all documentation and HCC competencies with attention to compliance and detail.
