Sales Consultants have the rewarding opportunity to be an ambassador of our company, as you will be interacting with customers and helping them select the PERFECT vehicle to meet their needs. You will be trained to use your knowledge of the latest car models and features to guide customers through the selection process and ensure that customers are aware of the various financing and leasing options available to them. Job Responsibilities include greeting potential customers and introducing them to options based on make, type, and quality of vehicle desired; answering customer questions regarding car features, pricing, financing and warranties; providing test drives of vehicles and providing feedback on driving performance; developing customer relationships through follow-up and follow-through; negotiating vehicle prices and completing paperwork for sales; monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing customer concerns; maintaining current knowledge of product and dealership promotions; ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained; keeping abreast of new trends and industry developments; following up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction; and continuously improving sales performance through feedback. Qualifications include a valid Driver's License, College Degree or equivalent, and 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, computer literacy, confidence in sales ability, and ability to build relationships with customers. The position requires regular and predictable attendance with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, and sitting. The environment includes indoor and outdoor work and customer test drives.
