Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs as specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards
  • Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs and provide estimated timeframes
  • Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
  • Experience with VW or Audi required
  • Strong automotive background
  • Teamwork skills
  • Valid and clean driver's license
