Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, remodeling, and general home improvement projects
• Complete work across carpentry, tiling, drywall, and painting
• Accurately track and manage work assignments using a smartphone
• Operate and maintain a standard set of hand and power tools
• Transport tools and materials to job sites with your own work truck
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer satisfaction

Requirements Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a carpenter, handyman, or tradesperson
• Skills across multiple trades: carpentry, painting, tiling, and drywall
• Proficiency in using smartphone technology for managing jobs
• Ownership of a standard set of carpentry tools
• Ownership of a reliable work truck
• Ability to pass a background check
