Position Overview :

Are you ready to join a rapidly growing market? Aloft Remodeling seeks Sales Consultants to engage with customers in their homes. We lead in quality, value, and service, supported by a robust marketing engine that provides pre-qualified appointments—NO COLD CALLING! You will have access to advanced tools, training, and technology, along with in-house financing, dedicated customer service, and more to support your success.

Requirements :

  • Customer Consultations : Conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' remodeling needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay updated on trends, materials, and technologies in bathroom, kitchen, and flooring remodeling to effectively communicate our offerings.
  • Design Presentations : Collaborate with the design team to create tailored remodeling solutions for clients.
  • Quoting and Pricing : Provide accurate project estimates aligned with client expectations and profitability.
  • Sales Negotiation : Build rapport, handle objections, and close deals confidently during same-day appointments.
  • Relationship Building : Maintain strong relationships, address concerns, and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with project managers and installation crews for seamless project execution.
  • Sales Reporting : Keep detailed records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications :

  • Proven in-home sales experience, preferably in home improvement or remodeling.
  • Effective communication skills, self-motivated, results-oriented.
  • Comfortable using company-provided tools such as iPad, email, CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong work ethic, ambition, honesty, and integrity.
  • A background check is required.

Compensation : Posted Min Pay Rate $150,000/year; Max Pay Rate $400,000/year.

Mileage reimbursement for travel to and from job sites as per federal requirements.
