The Prince George's County Department of Corrections is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill a Home Monitoring Program Case Manager (Correctional Treatment Coordinator I/II), grade Q21, in the Community Corrections Division.
About The PositionThis is an entry-level to a full-performance level professional position whereby the incumbent performs the full range of assignments in a community correction setting (sites/locations vary). The incumbent in this position must maintain physical fitness to respond rapidly in emergent situations within specific work sites. The incumbent must be able to patrol on foot the internal and external perimeters of the facility, making periodic inspections. The incumbent must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 30 pounds. The incumbent performs routine, complex work assignments within the Community Corrections Division. This position requires the utilization of ethical and professional independent judgment and action in the performance of duties. Work is monitored and performed through a continuum of training under close supervision and in coordination with a higher-level Correctional Treatment Coordinator.
