Job Details: Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency Duration: 13-week contract Location: Youngsville, NC, covering Greensboro, Lexington, High Point, Kernersville, Winston-Salem Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month) Pay: Negotiable based on territory budget. Job Duties: Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes. Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase. Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts. Job Requirements: Active North CarolinaRegistered Nurse (RN)license. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required. Proficiency in Homecare Homebase required. Proficiency in Oasis required. Oasis Certified strongly preferred. Reliable transportation for patient visits. Completion of Joint Commission onboarding upon offer.
