Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is $40.15 - $57.40 per hour based on years of experience

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday: Hours Depend on Shift (Open 7am - 6pm)
• EMR: Cerner and WebPT
• Home-based care and Inpatient at an Intermediate Care Center
• Evaluate the care plans and administer comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function.
• 7-11 Patients per Day

Requirements

• Current And Active License in the State of Oregon or the Ability to Obtain
• Physical Therapist (PT)
• Masters or Doctorate Degree Required
• BLS Certification Required
