Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full Time Field RN, position, to visit Adult patients at home with Brooklyn visits for our Client a Home Health Agency. High Demand for Full Time Visiting Field RN, Registered Nurse. Visit areas are in Brooklyn, NY. Qualified candidates will have NYS RN, Driver's License and reliable vehicle to make patient visits. Will train New RNs looking for Full Time opportunity! Excellent Benefits including Insurance & PTO!

About the position:

The Field RN (Registered Nurse) performs home visits, assessments and follow up visits to patients. The Field RN Coordinates Home Care Services, provides Skilled visits and education to patients and families. The RN advocates for quality patient care, collaborates with Physicians and other providers to maintain a safe and effective home environment for patients. The Registered Nurse works closely with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided at home. Willing to train New Grad RNs.

Qualifications:

• Must be a NYS Registered Nurse
• 1 year Community Nursing experience in Home Care, Hospital or Nursing Home, will train New RN Grads!
• Ability to visit patients in a home environment.
• Excellent Organizational Skills Required.
• Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle required to make patient visits

This is a Full Time Direct Hire Position offering Benefits and Competitive Salary based on relevant experience. $105,000-120,000 and excellent benefits!
