Home Health Nurse - Clay County Health Department : Job Details

Role Description

This is a full-time, Home Care RN at CLAY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. The Home Care RN will participate in the multi-disciplinary care of Home Health and Hospice patients following the plan of treatment prescribed by the patient's physician.

Qualifications

• Current IL RN License
• 2 years of RN experience
• Valid driver's license
• CPR certification
• Annual TB test/assessment
• Recommended vaccinations (Declination available)
