Home Health Executive Director - Compassus Hospice : Job Details

The Home Health Executive Director is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Home Health Executive Director oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the program and is a positive motivator for colleagues, patients, and the community. S/he works in union with the Regional Vice President to ensure a quality business operation. Position Specific Responsibilities. Hands on leader who supervises, and provides coaching and education for staff. Fills in for any position in the program as needed.
