This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide, located in Tallahassee, FL. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing personal care, and supporting patient care. Daily tasks include helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring health status, assisting with mobility, and ensuring a safe living environment.

• Proficiency in Home Care and Patient Care
• Skills in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Personal Care
• Strong Communication skills with patients and healthcare team
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health care is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
