As a Home Health Aide, you will help clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will be vital in providing genuine companionship, assistance with personal care, and support for clients with memory loss.

With over 25 years of experience in non-medical in-home care, Home Instead takes pride in delivering exceptional services backed by renowned training and ongoing education for our Care Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Offer transportation to appointments and run errands.

• Support clients with dementia and hospice care needs.

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and incontinence care.

Requirements:

• While a valid HHA certification is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

• A reliable driver's license and transportation with valid auto insurance.

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Successful completion of background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and a pre-employment drug screen.

• Strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English.
