Your Responsibilities:

• Provide home health care services in clients' homes.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments.
• Support clients with personal care activities.
• Maintain accurate care records and document services provided.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Safe, reliable vehicle.
• Current automobile insurance in your name.
• Able to pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
