We refer to our caregivers as Care Professionals (Care Pros) because they are experts at enriching the lives of older adults. As a Care Pro, you'll play a crucial role by forming meaningful relationships and delivering compassionate care that helps our clients feel secure, healthy, and joyful at home.

We are hiring for both full-time, part-time, and on-call positions. On-call roles require a commitment of 3 days a week, 12-hour visits, and availability for at least 1 weekend day, with pay ranging from $18-$21.

• $15.00-$16.00/hr - paid weekly with direct deposit

• Build trusting relationships with clients through compassionate caregiving and companionship.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care assistance including grooming, bathing, restroom aid, and incontinence management.

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Provide a minimum of three professional references.
• Willingness to work at least two weekly shifts with the same clients for consistent care and relationship building.
• Basic proficiency in English (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Fulfill any necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements.
