About the Role

We refer to our caregivers as Care Professionals (Care Pros) because they are experts at enriching the lives of older adults. As a Care Pro, you'll play a crucial role by forming meaningful relationships and delivering compassionate care that helps our clients feel secure, healthy, and joyful at home.

We deeply appreciate our Care Professionals and show our gratitude through support and resources to excel in their roles. In addition to a fulfilling work environment, we offer competitive pay, benefits for qualifying individuals, and a customizable schedule. We are hiring for both full-time, part-time, and on-call positions. On-call roles require a commitment of 3 days a week, 12-hour visits, and availability for at least 1 weekend day, with pay ranging from $18-$21.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build trusting relationships with clients through compassionate caregiving and companionship.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Provide personal care assistance including grooming, bathing, restroom aid, and incontinence management.

Requirements to Apply
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Provide a minimum of three professional references.
  • Willingness to work at least two weekly shifts with the same clients for consistent care and relationship building.
  • Basic proficiency in English (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Fulfill any necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements.
