Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Care Regional Operations Director to oversee the operations of our home care services in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with a focus on home care services.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of home care services
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple home care locations, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
• Manage budget and financial performance of home care operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff to promote a positive work environment and high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on home care services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of care for home care services
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
