Job Type Part-time Description Is it time for a refreshing change in your nursing career? Immediate opening for a Home Care RN/LPN to join our growing home care team. This is a part-time role with full-time potential for the right candidate. Imagine a work schedule that fits seamlessly into your life, not the other way around. You would work part-time, 2-4 days per week, visiting our clients in the Merrimack Valley and North Shore communities. This unique role allows you to step away from the bustling hospital scene and into a calmer, personalized setting where you'll form genuine connections with your patients. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee patient care services
  • Visit clients in their home to assess for services
  • Supervise & support our home health aide staff in the field
  • Manage medication for clients to ensure safety and adherence
  • Act as the point of contact for refills, medication-related queries, and liaising with medical practitioners
Work Schedule:
  • 7:30AM - 4:00PM or 8AM - 4:30PM, 2-3 days
  • Monday - Friday
  • Work in the Merrimack Valley and North Shore communities

  • Requires a nurse (RN/LPN) with 2+ years experience. Home care experience a plus.
  • Strong clinical and computer competence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a TEAM player that is self-motivated with the ability to function autonomously and manage priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and motivate others
  • Medicare/Certified service experience is not required.
