Home Care Field RN - FlexStaff Careers : Job Details

We are actively recruiting for a Home Care RN position based in Manhattan! This is a great opportunity for a nurse who values meaningful, one-on-one relationships with patients and delivering care where it matters most.

What You'll Do:

-Provide specialized nursing care to patients within their homes

-Develop and oversee personalized care plans

-Collaborate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

-Educate patients and caregivers on treatment protocols and care routines

Requirements:

-Valid NYS RN License

-Minimum 1 year of acute care experience

-Willingness to travel within Manhattan - must use public transportation
