Description

As Local Manager, you will oversee daily operations for our photo operations and implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency at your venue. You will also lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Promoting a positive, collaborative environment and maintaining core values and policies
• Managing schedules, duties, and labor to ensure successful staffing
• Hiring, onboarding, and training team members
• Ensuring daily operations run smoothly
• Responding promptly to business communications
• Creating a sales-oriented culture and maximizing sales potential
• Verifying daily bank deposits and financial paperwork
• Coaching team members to drive revenue and provide excellent guest service
• Maintaining vendor relations and supporting venue operations
• Addressing customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
• Managing equipment setup, breakdown, and security

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with sales transactions and cash handling
• Professional appearance and hygiene
• Availability for pre-season training and peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum 40 hours/week as needed

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Previous retail or management experience preferred
• Ability to lift 10-25 pounds and stand for long periods
