Job Description

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $50/hr On C2C (Max)

Experience:

• Up to 10 years experience in program/project management, operations, software development, technology industry, and telecom.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong hardware and software development background.
• Strong telecom background.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under ambiguous situations and pressure.
• Ability to get things done with minimal or no supervision.
• Strong product and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of customer impacting aspects of products, including marketing and operations.
• Deep understanding of mobile, video, and the realm of possibilities.
• Strong leader with a highly collaborative working style and ability to drive consensus in a matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, emphasizing problem framing, concept development, and strong information design.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to work with urgency for quick turnaround.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

Education:

• MS or equivalent in Technology/Engineering.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• 25% - Design and develop strategies for alpha/beta product trials across the organization.
• 25% - Implement and execute alpha/beta product trial strategies.
• 40% - Program manage execution and operations of trials.
• Operational management of various trials across the organization, including communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure customer-raised concerns are addressed in development.
• Manage communication with the executive team and stakeholders.
• 10% - Implement best practices and processes required to successfully execute various trials.
• Learn and implement new processes to improve customer experience and trials.
