Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HNW Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high net worth individual clients and possess strong relationship-building skills. This role will involve providing top-tier customer service, understanding clients' needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth individual clients, providing personalized and exceptional service in line with company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise and support clients.
- Monitor policy renewals, endorsements, and claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, preferably within the high net worth segment.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client accounts effectively.
- Professional designation such as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) is a plus.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
