Salary Range: $71,612.39 - $110,999.20

We are seeking a dedicated and professional RN Supervisor to manage day-to-day clinical operations within our HIV and Psych clinics. In this vital role, you will oversee staff, ensure efficient clinic workflow, and drive clinical quality initiatives, while collaborating closely with fellow Managers and the Division Chief.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient flow and ensure effective point-of-care testing in the clinic.
• Provide supervision and support to clinical staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Exemplify professionalism and leadership by setting a positive example.
• Review and enhance clinical processes and procedures for optimal workflow and accurate charge capture.
• Motivate and develop staff to work effectively within their licensure.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with the Practice Coordinator.
• Participate in Senior Manager meetings to address and resolve operational issues.
• Uphold confidentiality regarding patient and staff-related concerns.
• Manage supply and medication ordering in a cost-effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and submit weekly tracers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required; BSN is preferred.
• NYS Registered Nurse Licensure is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is required, preferably in a charge or supervisory role.
