Job Description for Registered Nurse at Sidney, MT 59270.Title:Registered Nurse Location: Sidney, MT 59270 Job Type: Contract ( 13 Weeks) Shift: 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM Minimum Experience: Less than 1 yearResponsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Advocate for patients' needs and rights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
