Hiring Electrical Foreman - Huntsville, AL (Commercial Work) | Up to $35/hrUnited Trades of America is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team for commercial projects in Huntsville, Alabama. We are seeking a motivated leader who can oversee electrical crews, ensure quality installations, and maintain safety and compliance on-site. This is a local hire position-no per diem is available.Job Responsibilities:As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in commercial buildings. You will supervise a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring projects are completed on time and within specifications. Duties include but are not limited to:Leading and directing electrical crews on commercial job sites.Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.Ensuring all electrical installations meet local, state, and national electrical codes.Managing project timelines, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining job site efficiency.Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues.Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring all workers comply with OSHA regulations.Communicating with project managers, inspectors, and clients as needed.Job Requirements:To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial construction.Ability to manage teams and ensure quality work.Must have own tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).Must have reliable transportation to job sites.Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industry best practices.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.Job Details:Location: Huntsville, ALPay Rate: Up to $35 per hour, based on experience.Schedule: Full-time, with potential for overtime.Per Diem: Not available - local candidates only.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Foreman looking for a stable, long-term position with a reputable company.
