Required Skills - Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
- High school diploma or GED required
- Physically and mentally fit for high-responsibility work
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- No prior corrections or law enforcement experience needed
- Must pass a background check, psychological screening, and fitness evaluation
- Veterans, Guardsmen, Reservists, and military spouses strongly encouraged to apply
