HiLo Operator, Day Shift - Baldor Specialty Foods : Job Details

Follow instructions from warehouse management system using a handheld device to put product away accordingly. Replenish prime locations in a timely fashion and relocate items within the warehouse. Using the First Thing, First Out (FIFO) method, when engaging in replenishing or receiving duties. Achieve a consistent record of zero back orders per shift and proactively replenish your assigned area. Keep your assigned area clean and clear of any potential hazards while working in a safe manner. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment. Coordinate and prioritize any immediate business needs. Requirements: Great attention to detail. Diligent and punctual. Excellent communication skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Food safety and safety awareness. Work at an acceptable speed to deliver proper sanitation as needed and required.
