We are looking for a dynamic, committed and customer oriented professional to join Hill's Pet Nutrition as our Workplace Experience Manager who oversees the office management ensuring a positive experience for our employees and visitors at the Hill's Corporate location. This role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enable the activities in the building including, facilities, emergency response team, communication, etc., creating a supportive and engaging workplace atmosphere.

What you will do

  • Partner to create the best possible environment for innovative collaboration by making spaces (e.g., working, collaboration, meeting, event) inspiring and engaging
  • Ensure WELL and LEED compliance including the coordination of the program commitments
  • Coordinate with the building management team on building facilities maintenance and assisting with emergency drills
  • Build relationships and coordinate with vendors (food, cleaning, security, maintenance, etc) to ensure employee wellbeing, sustainability and cleanliness in the building
  • Partner with Internal Communications for having employee and visitor communication materials displayed and updated
  • Provides oversight of on-site amenities and features to ensure workplace guidelines, including outdoor dog park
  • Manage the inventory of supplies, ensuring that the building facilities and wellness areas are in good conditions and available to employees and visitors
  • Coordinate with EHS and HR on all health and safety protocols of employees and our furry friends, including business continuity plan and emergency response
  • Partner with Information Technology (IT) to implement security 101, cameras functionality and technology utilization are successfully operating
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to onboard new hires making sure they have a positive experience in their first weeks in the building
  • Serve as an escalation point for the security services
  • Assist with light duty for ergonomic office needs
  • Utilize and maintain integrity of databases, supports data entry of required reports and other digital tools associated with service delivery, visitor register, etc.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality management
  • Exceptional verbal and written Skills
  • Experience interacting with internal stakeholders at different management levels
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Experience working with Information Technology
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Google Suite

Salary Range $64,000 - $92,400 USDPay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmoliveoffers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
