We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Highways Group in Kennesaw, GA. The successful candidate will manage complex projects, assist with business development, oversee project finances, and manage staff locally.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Assist with strategic growth plans with office managers and practice leaders.

Promote market presence through marketing and business development efforts.

Manage project budgets and allocate resources.

Contribute to proposal production.

Serve as a technical resource to project engineers and staff.

Identify staffing resources and assist with hiring and interviews.

Conduct performance reviews based on team inputs.

Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer License or equivalent.
• 10+ years' experience in the discipline.
• Project management and business development experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with local clients at county and state levels.
• Supervisory experience.

Working Conditions

Work is performed mainly in an office environment, generally sedentary, with occasional standing and walking. Conditions are safe, with no hazardous noise, dust, or other hazards.
