**Description**The Retail Supervisor (RS) is responsible for implementing and maintaining all retail systems and protocols of HWY, ensuring operational excellence. The RS should maintain a full-time store presence and facilitate the smooth functioning and communication across HWY's departments. The RS acts as an assistant/GM backup and exemplifies professionalism as a HWY staff member.**Hours of Position:** 3pm-10:30pm, Friday through Monday.**Prerequisites:**Familiarity with all systems and procedures, including but not limited to:

• Dutchie (POS)
• iSolved (HRIS)
• SOPs and Policies
• Retail-specific documents
• Training materials (PowerPoint, test modules)
• Microsoft Office

**Requirements:**Manage and mentor staff, develop retail training curricula, oversee scheduling, cash management, and sales floor organization. Must be 21+, available nights and weekends, management experience required, cannabis experience preferred, excellent cash handling, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.**Summary:**All offers contingent on background check; must be 21+.
