Recruiting Manager - All's Well National Health Care Recruitment Center

All's Well Healthcare is a healthcare staffing company that has partnered with the State of Californias Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Together, weve implemented a statewide, paid, 3-month shadow training program. This initiative connects California candidates with organizations that support adults with special needs.

During the program, participants will shadow staff to learn the role firsthand. If theres a mutual fit between the candidate and the organization, they may be offered a permanent position at any time during the programoften as early as week three. Candidates are paid minimum wage according to the city theyre working in.

While the recruiter role is fully remote, some travel will be required to attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts (travel expenses are covered). You MUST live in California.

Were currently looking to bring on a temporary high-volume recruiter to cover a leave of absence.

  • Tentative Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay Range: $28$31 per hour
  • Expected Duration: 1218+ weeks (ending approximately 5 business days after the return of the current recruiter)
  • Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Were looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in sales or high-volume recruiting
  • A quick learner and detail-oriented
  • Assertive, organized, and metrics-driven
  • Passionate about connecting with people over the phone and video
  • A hardworking team player who takes direction well

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and service providers
  • Meet weekly quotas related to fills ,etc.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
