High School Chapel Associate - Crista Ministries : Job Details

The High School Chapel Associate will play a key role in building resilient disciples of Christ by helping to coordinate and lead weekly chapel services for high school students. Deliver Biblically grounded, age appropriate and engaging chapel talks. Develop rapport with student chapel leaders while helping plan and support the chapel experience in partnership with the Campus Pastor and Worship Coordinator. Collaborate with staff to ensure chapel supports the Kings schools mission and values. DUTIES - Chapel Planning and Coordination:Partner with the Campus Pastor, Worship Coordinator, and chapel team to support the yearly chapel program based on the chapel calendar and spiritual life theme. Provide approximately 18-20 high school chapel talks annually with the option of occasional use of guest speakers. Provide MC support for chapels with guest speakers, including teacher or student speakers. Ensure chapel content aligns with biblical truth and supports student spiritual growth.
