• Base Pay: $18.00/hour
• Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour (3rd shift)
• Incentive Bonus: Up to $3.50/hour based on performance

Schedule:

• Hours: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
• Days: Sunday through Thursday
• Location: Leola, PA

Position Summary:We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our 3rd Shift Warehouse Team as a High Reach Operator in our grocery distribution center. You'll play a key role in keeping shelves stocked by safely and efficiently operating high reach forklifts to move and organize products throughout the warehouse.Responsibilities:

• Safely operate high reach forklifts to move pallets and inventory
• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards for bonus eligibility

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a high reach forklift (required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Must be able to work overnight schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
