This role will report to the Plan Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The HIDE-SNP Program Medicaid Liaison (Strategy Advancement Advisor) will support Humana's Highly Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (HIDE-SNP) contract with the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS). This role will act as a link between Humana, MDHHS, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Supports all priority health plan and care delivery integration workstreams for the Michigan Medicaid contract, which is central to the company's strategic priority to deliver better health outcomes for our members and financial growth for our company.
Supports the Medicaid Michigan market leadership team with specific Medicare operational impacts such as Open Enrollment and Annual Enrollment Strategy, Plan Benefit Development, Plan Filing Strategy, Model of Care, CMS Memos and Assessment of Compliance impacts, STARS strategy including activities driven by care management and Call Center secret shopper, Member Material strategy including AIP Model Docs, Member ID Cards, ANOCs, EOCs and more, and SNP Governance.
This role will have a dotted line reporting relationship into the National Medicaid Integrated Operations Team which will support coordination with all activities in accordance with Humana's national strategic priorities for dual eligible health plan operations.
Promotes strategic alignment across leadership, educates Michigan Medicaid market leaders on the strategy and targeted outcomes, and supports the Integration team through presentation development, change management, and communication.
Understands the build, measure, learn and test framework, how to manage program learning agendas, and have financial and/or operational experience.

Workstyle: This position's workstyle may begin as Remote but once a new Humana office is established in Detroit, MI or in a surrounding area, the workstyle will change to Hybrid Home.
Travel: Up to 25% to MDHSS, throughout Michigan, team engagement meetings and conferences in and out of Michigan.
Direct Reports: Up to 3 associates.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
