Job Responsibilities for HHA Home Health Aides:
· Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship as established in the plan of care.
· Empower and encourage clients to be active in their daily personal care tasks and Care Partnering
· Communicate with clients, their families, and the Applause Home Care team on a regular basis.
Qualifications to become a Care Partner:
· Current CHHA license listed in good standing with the board.
· Two forms of ID; your choices of: Passport, Social Security card, Work Visa, Driver's License, and proof of Auto Insurance
· Updated TB screening within the last year
· Pass employer paid criminal background and drug screening.
· Motivated to further your education.
· Effective communication and organizational skills
· Excellent people skills
