Job Description

Position: Home Remodeling Expert

This is a full-time W-2 outside sales role, where you'll develop relationships with pre-qualified customers, both new and returning. You will travel within your service area, conduct in-home sales presentations, and close high-ticket deals. Top performers can earn up to $200k annually.

Pay: $90,000 - $225,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, in-home sales presentations to homeowners.
• Travel to and from appointments, assessing homes for potential improvements.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our product portfolio to meet customer needs.
• Overcome objections and close sales by presenting attractive financing options.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Participate in ongoing paid training to improve presentation and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work six days a week with a preferred day off.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous in-home sales experience or knowledge of home improvement products is a plus but not required.
