Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis treatment.
• Oversee and implement care plans, conduct thorough patient assessments, and address individual patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their comprehensive needs—physical, mental, and emotional.
• Educate fellow nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• ACLS certification is needed within one year of hire.
• CRRN certification is preferred, with opportunities for assistance in obtaining it if not already held.
• Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
