Opportunity: Advanced Practice Provider - Hematology/Oncology Job Details: • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills while working independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals• Provide comprehensive care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention• Work in main campus clinic, outreach cancer center, and provide consultative services in the hospital• See approximately 12-14 follow-up visits daily• Join a collaborative Hematology/Oncology team of 8 physicians and 2 APPs, specialized surgeons, Interventional Radiology, and Pathology• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary Tumor Boards• May include regional outreach responsibilities• Engage in telemedicine and community cancer center services• Practice in an advanced environment with caring support staff• Provide patients with a social supportive structure• Maintain high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues• Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies• Must maintain current Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant• Current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area required Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
