We've partnered with an established property management company seeking a customer-focused Helpdesk/Systems Analyst to serve as the technical lifeline for their teams nationwide. In this essential support role, you'll be the go-to expert who keeps their operations running smoothly by resolving system issues, training users, and ensuring data accuracy across their ERP platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage helpdesk tickets and provide technical support to property and corporate teams across multiple locations
- Train new and existing staff on Yardi ERP, Microsoft Office, and third-party software applications
- Process accounts payable transactions, invoices, and internal billing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Revenue Control teams to maintain data integrity and reporting standards
- Complete monthly property reviews and GPR journal entries
- Create and maintain process documentation to support operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Yardi Voyager experience with knowledge of add-on modules (CRMIQ, PayScan, VendorCafé, SiteManager preferred)
- Strong technical support background with helpdesk or user support experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with Adobe tools
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with financial data processing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and guide users at all technical levels
- Customer service mindset with professional demeanor and problem-solving approach
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, MIS, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel for training and property support
$80,000 - $90,000 Depending on experience + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid Schedule
