Job Description :

ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire an experienced Help Desk Support Technicians to work on a temporary assignment.

  • Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour, with weekly pay
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Anticipated End Date: June 2026
  • Schedule: FULL TIME; Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: IN OFFICE in Santa Fe,NM
JOB DUTIES:Technical Support
  • Respond to support requests via email, phone, chat, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
  • Assist with onboarding new employees with setup and configuration of laptops, mobile devices, software applications and peripherals
  • Provide password resets and user account management in accordance to ECECD procedures
User Training and Guidance
  • Assist with educating end users on the use of Microsoft Office products including MS Sharepoint and MS Teams
  • Assist end users with scheduling and usage of video conferencing equipment
Documentation and Organization
  • Document support interactions and technical solutions in the helpdesk system.
  • Maintain accurate records of user issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Provide feedback on service desk performance, common issues, and improvement areas.
  • Assist with keeping work areas clean and organize
Escalation
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to second level IT Team
Customer Service
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with end users
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android), and common business applications (Microsoft 365, browsers, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and support workflows
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
