Help make Metrohealth a welcoming environment for patients and visitors!

Help is needed to serve in 2 capacities:

Ambassador: Be a part of the team at the Glick Center at MetroHealth. Supply a warm

welcome and information to patients and visitors at our new hospital. Aid with wayfinding from the

lobby to appointments, patient floors, dining areas, the Family Resource Center and much more.

Hospitality: Warmly welcome patients and visitors; Help visitors find patient floors, dining areas, the Family Resource Center and more; Provide patients with comfort items to enhance experience during their stay; Assist patients navigate room devices, TV, iPad, room white board.

Help is needed Weekdays between 7 am and 7 pm and weekends 8 am to 5 pm. Weekly commitment.
