Job Description* Answer incoming calls* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; escalate accordingly* Act as a liaison between company employees and the IT support departments* Support and monitor various software, applications, and hardware* Perform follow-up calls to customers and other IT departments regarding tickets/issues* Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences* Complete company-provided customer service training as required* Periodic travel may be required* Other duties as assignedPhysical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery* May be required to climb ladders and perform overhead and under desk work* Ability to lift up to 50 poundsFCBI is an equal opportunity employer.
